Peradventure it's because it is still over 100 degrees here in the lovely desert, but I am soooo counting the days until Fall. Although, it is sort of a simulated Fall around here. The weather does cool downward, if you phone call 80 cool. Nonetheless, you tin be sure nosotros will all be wearings our boots and jeans, drinking pumpkin lattes, and baking with cloves and nutmeg. If it smells and tastes like Autumn it must exist Autumn right? Hey, let me dream.

But it is now September, and to me that means I have the dark-green light to bake annihilation and everything with pumpkin and apples every bit ingredients!

This post is brusque and sweet. Literally. This recipe is short, super easier (like it doesn't become much eaiser) and deliciously sweetness. I make these cookies more times than I can count in the next few months. Koa loves them, and eats them for breakfast! Hey, pumpkin is good for you!

These are astonishing with a cup of coffee with Pumpkin Spice creamer!

Quick and Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 box Spice Cake mix
1 15 oz can pure pumpkin
3/four cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie canvass, or encompass with parchment paper.
In a medium basin, combine cake mix and pumpkin. Mixture volition exist thick and sticky.
Add chocolate chips and mix.
